1. Cancellation by Participants

For Online Courses (Self-Paced and On-Demand)

• Since our online courses are accessible immediately upon purchase and are self-paced, refunds will only be granted if the cancellation request is made within 72 hours of purchase, provided that the course has not been accessed.

For Live Events & Other Programs

• Notice Period: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after the event date.
• Process: To request a cancellation, please email support@sciencedivine.org with your transaction details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Cancellation by Science Divine Foundation

• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event, course, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or external factors beyond our control.
• Notification: In case of a cancellation or rescheduling, affected participants will be notified via email or phone.
• Refund Options: Affected participants may opt for a full refund or transfer their registration to a future program of equal value.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable

• Donations made to Science Divine Foundation.
• Digital products or downloadable content once accessed.
• Personalized sessions or consultations once they have commenced.
