Donation Cancellation/Refund Policy
We at Science Divine Foundation take utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, both online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel their donation, we will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send Science Divine Foundation a written request for a refund within 48 hours of making the donation to our official address or email info@sciencedivine.org along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.
We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfill the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
Other Disclosures
We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 100 INR flat rate shipping to anywhere within India.
International Shipping: Currently, we are providing international shipping to Australia, United States, and Italy only.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Science Divine Foundation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
